We offer coaching groups for leaders looking for help in two kinds of ways, and we offer groups that meet locally (in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area), and groups that are spread out geographically and meet over the phone and via webinar. At the bottom of the page,  you’ll find links to extended outlines of how each of the groups works.

Two Types of Leader Coaching Groups

Sexual purity focus - The first kind of Leader Coaching Group (LCG) is for male leaders who are looking for special coaching, support, and accountability around sexual purity issues. Although all men struggle with sexual purity to one degree or another, some men recognize that this is an especially challenging area for them. This coaching group is for leaders who have struggled with this area, and want help to find renewal, in the context of the demands of leadership.

General leadership focus - The other kind of LCG is for leaders who are looking for more generalized coaching, support, and accountability for their life and leadership. Sexual purity issues will likely be part of the discussion, but they won’t be the primary focus of the group.

Local and National Groups

Local - Some of the LCGs meet face to face at our office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota (a suburb of Minneapolis). These groups generally meet three times a month, for an hour and a half each session.

National - Other LCG’s include leaders from various parts of the country. These groups meet face to face twice a year for two-day group-building and personal sharing sessions. These face to face gatherings serve as an important supplement to the ongoing “meetings” that happen via phone, email, and webinar. The national groups meet three times a month on the months where they don’t meet face to face. They use technology supplied by “gotomeeting.com,” which allows them to talk on the phone while also sharing content on the screens of their computers, so they can discuss written materials and PowerPoint presentations with each other.
